Problem FTB TPPI Force Saving the World

• Add any mods: No, but disabled Ars Magica and Advanced Genetics.
  
• Specs: Don't have that in front of me, but shouldn't relate to the issue.

Problem

So the problem is very simple. I am getting a "Force saving the server..." every 30 seconds and it's getting quite annoying. I've disabled backup through Multicraft, and my list of plugins is as follows;

If you get this message in game, this is only seen by OP's if it is in light gray (not that the collor has anything to do with it, just in this case)

And if i am not completly babbering here, i think it is actually essentials that is saving the world state every 30 seconds. If its not essentials its probably Multicraft.
I know for a fact that McMyAdmin has a simmular feature with a simmular chat spam.
