FTB Stoneblock 2 Low fps

Hi,
I am only getting like 1-6 fps on stoneblock 2 just wondering is there anything I can do to improve this.
Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2500U
GPU: Radeon RX 560X
RAM: 16GB
