FTB sound lag

hello. i need help. when i started play FTB everithing was normal but now it's just lag all my sounds and video. I turned off all
sound but about couple minutes its start again terible lag and. i was reading some of thread and other stuff but nothing helped i
have 64-bit windows and 4gig ram but my video card is not whery god but its didn't lag so much in the past. so plz help me i realy wana play FTB but lag is so terible what i can play it. (sorru for my english)


MY PC -mainboard ASRock 960GM-GS3 FX. Chipset AMD 780. processor AMD Sempron 2 X2 190 @ 2500MHz
Physical Memory 4096 MB (1 x 4096 DDR3-SDRAM). Video Card ATI Radeon 3000 graphics.

This is to rule out any issues with your setup.
Please attempt to launch the modpack, and open a new world save to make sure the setup is correct.
Now, continue on to check your previous saves, changes to the pack, textures, etc. until you're able to reproduce the error with the clean setup.

When the error has been repeated, please post your complete client-side (launcher) console log in debug-mode to pastebin.com and link your paste URL here.
