FTB SF3 Crashing after a while "World has leaked"

Details of the issue Me and a friend have started a Sky Factory 3 server and only the 2 of us go onto it. It is on a 8GB SSD VPS server. The log file says the world has leaked and then around 30 mins -1 hour into the server being online, the server crashes and we have to reload it.
