FTB serverstart.bat not working (Fixed)

So I was trying to start a Private FTB Server, when I ran into this problem. After launching serverstart.bat, the cmd would display this: http://pastebin.com/16QpJj23, and it would cease to work (also note that the cmd didn't close after opening). I tried to run other FTB modpack servers but they did the same thing.

Some of the files for Forge to function did not download properly. Download the files in this thread's last post and put them in your lib folder as instructed by the thread's last post.

[SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] Caught exception from inventorytweaks_forge

Inventory Tweaks should be able to be on the server no problem, but you could try disabling it on the server to see if it fixes the error.
