Problem FTB Server running on low Ram.

Attached my File List:

Start.Bat asks for EULA and immediately Closes.
Minecraft_server.1.12.2.jar creates a World and then is done.
Upon Opening the Forge.jar it starts some sort of Server but only accessing rougly 330 MB of RAM. I Dont know where to konfigure this.

How do you start the server?
Where do i configure the ram?
Which is the official starting of the server?
Am i Missing any files?

Make sure you have edited the eula.txt file to 'true'. The server won't use much RAM until it's actually up and running, so that doesn't matter. Looks like you're on Windows, so you'll run start.bat to launch the server. What pack is this? You don't appear to be missing anything.

The files look fine. Did you manage to get it working?
If you get errors, please show us the logs (or what the command prompt says).
