Ftb Server problems with Dimension Manager - Help plz

My favorite server has a recurring issue with Mystcraft. Ages will work just fine for a long while, even through restarts and then...bam, null-pointer exception. It crashes the client of whoevers trying to login and they cannot relog until the admin resets them to spawn. The error isn't even consistent, some players have no issues while others always have trouble. I am unfortunately one of the unlucky.
The server has mocreatures and a plugin that adds /lock, /warp, etc... This issue came about after mocreatures was installed, but the admin was able to fix it once by rebuilding minecraft.jar and deleting all mystcraft data and reinstalling the mod. But it came back a few hours later after a restart.
Please take a look at this crashlog, which came from my client, tell me what you think. This file is coming from my googledrive and its the first time i've tried sharing a file from it, hope it works ok. The actual crash data is at the very end.

I see a lot of problems here.

It seems Mystcraft gets the "Dymension 7 is already loaded" : Fix, look at the Dymension 0 error. Sould work for 7 as well.
Also Forestry is having trouble with Extra bees. Please remove this until you have a stable version : Fix, Remove Extra bees, its still beta version and very unstable.
One of the IC2 addons seems to be messing up as well. I guess its transformers. Fix, take a look into your addons for IC2
