FTB Server problem

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Details of the issue:
If I run a vanilla server my port forwarding works, the website "yougetthesginal" says my port it open and my friends can connect. But whenever I run a server for any mod pack on the FTB launcher "yougetthesignal" says my port is not open and my friends cant connect. Im not changing anything when I open the port. Does anyone know why this is happening?​
