FTB Server Not Working

Title FTB Server Not Working

Details of the issue When I run the FTB Server, I cannot connect to it. This either through LocalHost, my private IP or through Port Forwarding. I set of the sever.properties file the same as other severs that do work, but I cannot see this one.

It is not being blocked by the firewall and I have set port forwarding properly. Is there another setting I have to change in order to get this working?

I do not know how to paste a log file properly so I am not sure if the one attached will help.
