FTB server never unload chunks

Hi everybody,
I got a server for my girlfriend and I on my laptop but I saw that whenever chunks are loaded they will never be unloaded.
For example if I make an age with mystcraft 300 chunks will be loaded but when we leave the age, the chunks will still be loaded. The same goes with the nether and twilight forest. This causes the server to crash when the RAM is saturated (~3000 chunks).

Do you know if it's a normal feature of FTB or if there is a problem somewhere ?

did you set the "world anchor" to item id= 0 ? then every air block is a chunkloader.

I didn't know that we can do that so I don't think I do. Moreover there is no purple particle when I turn on the aura.

have you changed any other config? or are you running default?

Also, does the chunks automatically get loaded when you do a restart? or do you have to visit the worlds first?

I didn't change anything in the config folder.
When I start the server 671 chunks are automatically loaded in the overworld. For the nether or twilight forest I need to visit first.

have you tried setting it all up from scratch again?
copy your world folder, clear everything the original folder and insert the copied world folder.

see if that fixes the issue.

Btw, are you using Magic World or the Beta Pack A?.

I just did it with a new world and with my world and it still load the chunks while nobody is there.
I'm using the Beta pack
