FTB Server Messed Up, How to reinstall?

OK hey guys, I started playing FTB Unleashed as of around two weeks ago. I now need Uranium and don't have the patience to figue out how Bees work right now. I mined around 20 uranium blocks with silk touch and I want to macerate it to double my ores. For some reason when I try to macerate the Uranium Ore blocks, it wont go in the macerator, it is like trying to put in a dirt block into a MFU, it just won't go into the top slot. I know my macerator works as it macerates tin and copper blocks just fine... Anybody have any suggestions?

I am playing on a server hosted on my computer with the Server Signs plugin. Can somebody link me or tell me how to do a full re-install of the server files? I want to make sure however that I don't lose all the teleports that my signs link to and my world and my GregTech config, so how can I not lose those?

I would say that you can't macerate the uranium blocks and need to break them with a normal pick.

Backup your world and any configs you need to keep and just do what you did before and re-create the server.

thanks for helping, but I think something is messed up, for example in my creative world I just searched to spawn an industrial grinder, nothing came up, same for uranium dust, which is definitely IN the game... What do you reccomend I do? reinstall saev?
