FTB server issues Railcraft mismatch

OK, so ive set up my own server and i have everything how it should be except i get a mismatch error every time i attempt to connect. i tried to update forge and it for some reason didn't detect i even had it installed so that failed. I need to know if there is any way to fix this without disabling rail craft.

notes: im running the server through hamachi so im not portforwarding
the server and client are DW20

I solved this issue by disabling Railcraft and Steve's carts. I know that this is less than ideal. Try it client side first. If that still doesn't work disable it Server side as well by removing the zips from the mod file.

Hope this helps. I really hope that this gets fixed. I have people who really want to play with Railcraft.

well, i disabled it clientside which let me log onto the server to discover !! that the entire industrialcraft pack is still in the nei registry but isnt actully there.
