Hey guys, I'm looking for answers here. I'm creating a new server, and when I try and start it up. It crashes.
If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it. I know it's relating to redpower, seeing as it's the only one that is Errored I'm running FTB ultimate, but had to cut the message because 'it was too long'

Please do not bump without either more info or within the same day. I know of two causes for this error.
1) It is actually caused by GregTech not liking where you have installed the mod pack. If you have either tekkit or technic in the name of any folders leading up to the pack GregTech will cause this error. You need to change the folder and the 'Install folder...' in the Options tab to be without tekkit or technic or remove GregTech.
2) This is how RedPower says it has ID Conflicts. Check the console log to find which exact ID it is from added mod conflicting with RedPower.

The install name for a server.. I don't entirely understand what you mean. But for a server, I don't think that would be an issue.

GregTech looks at the folder path that leads up to it. So if the path is something like any of these:
C:\users\user\Desktop\FTB - Tekkit\Ultimate\mods\gregtechmod.zip
C:\users\user\Desktop\Tekkit\Ultimate\mods\gregtechmod.zip
C:\users\tekkit\Desktop\FTB\Ultimate\mods\gregtechmod.zip
It will throw this error.

If it is something else like:
C:\users\user\Desktop\FTB\Ultimate\mods\gregtechmod.zip
You will not get this error.

It is all about folder names. If any folder, even user names, leading up to the gregtechmod.zip has the word 'tekkit' or 'technic' in it you will get this error. I hope that made more sense.

Ahhhh.. that's the issue then. The server that I'm running FTB off of used to run tekkit, so I just used the old folder. Thanks for your help.
