Problem FTB server crash (Urgent)

hello guys and thak you in advance
the problem is after a rollback with prism in the server we started getting error in 2 certain coords here are the errors
2013-07-31 05:21:47 [WARNING] [Buildcraft] Detected pipe with unknown key (-1). Did you remove a buildcraft addon?
2013-07-31 05:21:47 [WARNING] [Buildcraft] Pipe failed to initialize pipe at -2386296,65,657600
The other has the same stuff but diffrent coords any way the server crash after like 30 seconds from getting that error
I really hope you guys help me
PS:I'm not the owner i'm just an admin i hope for a console or game related solution those are the only things i have access to

Wow thats a big map. You can try ninja tp in game and delete the offending pipes before the crash.

The only other way its not in your control. You'd have to go into the region file and delete the offending pipe.

THank you but the problem was solved as i said i needed an ingame solution because i'm not the owner what i did was i deleted a huge are with worldedit and then regened it to look normal very basic solution
