FTB server crash on startup after computer crashed

I stupidly kicked the power cable out of my tower, which turned it completely off.

When i tried to boot the server back up I got a number of errors. with the server crashing before it even got running. Log below.

I loaded a backup and everything seems to be fine, but have lost an hour of work.

My question is, is there a way to fix this properly without losing progress (I still have the original server files untouched, with all the other files transferred to a seperate folder), and will my backup actually be fine, or does it just appear to be fine.

I am running ftb infiniy evolved on windows 10 64 bit

Have you tried only putting your latest 'world' folder in the currently working server directory?
 
Just tried that, really thought would work. No dice. Same messages
