FTB server constantly lagging

Hi folks,

i set up a server and it won't run smooth. I didn't change any settingsin the server properties but imported a singleplayer world from the exact modpack version. It's running on my local computer so there can't be any network lags. It's like every second or so there is a lag and you cant move for half a second. Pls help

specs:
- ftb unleashed v1.1.5
- 3.2ghz intel quadcore cpu
- 16gb ram

Are you playing from the same computer the server is hosted on? In which case, you will lag, because Java has a hard time doing both a once efficiently.

Did this and raised the heapsize to 6gb, too. Works now.

Nope, server, my local client and 4 remote clients running lagfree.
