Details of the issue i started the server on my computer than i went to have lunch and when i cam back the computer was turned of so i gues power outage. after that the server wont start properly plz help

Take a backup and delete island.json from your world folder. Also 10Gb of allocated ram is too much, reduce it to 4-6.
