Details of the issue Veinminer has been added.

Started server this morning, finished running then computer bluescreened (unrelated). Rebooted and began running server again, computer lost power midway through starting server (also unrelated). Now every time I try to start the server again it gets pretty far then gives me the crash log posted here.

Crash log says "Exception in server tick loop"
