Is it possible to Silk touch those machines that will break if a player tries to get them? If not, how can I disable them from breaking?

If you are referring to the Actually Additions machines then no, I do not believe you can collect them, but they are not that hard to craft and you can use the ones in place if you need something before you have a base setup.
