Problem FTB Revelation server crashing (Version 3.4.0)

I have tried to run the server from the Start BAT file a few times now, but each time it loads part of the server then crashes. Attached is my crash report.

I'm pretty sure it has enough RAM.

The only other thing is that the server says "The state engine was in incorrect state CONSTRUCTING and forced into state SERVER_STOPPED."

Update: I suspect the problem is that some of the mod files did not download at all when I ran the serverinstall. Is there anywhere I can grab a ZIP of the server?
