FTB Revelation server crashing (v3.2.0)

I've got a FTB Revelation server which im hosting myself, I've had it happen that everything freezes up and the disconnects everybody serveral times now, after which the server shits itself and dies.

Next to some server.properties changes nothing else has been changed, could anyone help? It's been a while since I did maintenance on a modded server. thanks in advance.

Allocate more ram - start at 4 and work yourself up adding 1-2gb at the time.

Currently it's set to 2gb according to the log, that's a bit low.
