Details of the issue Hello.

I've been trying all day to make Osmium Ore from Mekanism to generate in my FTB Revelations World. The ore is not mentioned to be found in World Gen. Usually I just add the mod and the configuration file needs to have the line for generating Osmium chunks not set to 0, but it seems some other config file is not allowing me to generate Osmium. Any ideas?

Mekanism does not have retrogen so you will only find osmium in newly generated chunks.
You could (if you have not build there) delete the Aroma mining age default in this modpack is i believe 2 check the armoma 1997dimension.cfg
This would make sure you will find it in the mining age. for the overworld you have to travel to non discoverd areas to find it.

I would also say, that its not too expensive to set up a T1 Environmental Tech void ore miner with an appropriately coloured lens (takes a few diamonds); and I believe that dynamically generates what ores can be found with the miner. You should be able to check that by searching for osmium ore and pressing R to find recipes - if memory serves, that should show up in tabs both world gen (if that mod is present) and tabs for the tiers of ore miner, if its obtainable.
