Modpack Revelation

Modpack version 2.4.1

Have you modified the pack? No

Details of the issue Not sure why but everytime I enter the nether after about 30 seconds my game would crash. After reloading the game the same thing would happen again. Now I'm even unable to load the world properly since I last saved in the nether. Anyone got a clue as to what the log is saying?
