Details of the issue I was playing FTB retro ssp when my pc tottaly froze (it does that sometimes ) and i had to force reboot my pc.
after starting up FTB again i couldnt fine my save file in single player. I looked in my saves file and it was there. I tried making another world and it worked i even found the world in single player menu. I tried to copy and paste content of my world to the new world i made and i wasnt able to find that world in menu...

well.. each time i add something from that backup folder into some new to atleast try to recover something the world vanishes
so that backup is probably useless
