Windows .exe FTB Retro SSP NEI not showing up

Hello, I have downloaded a fresh copy of the launcher and installed the 1.2.5 Retro pack in an unused folder. After downloading and opening the normal map, I found that no hint of NEI was on the inventory screen. The console did show one error, but it did not seem to be related to NEI. Windows 7 Home Premium x64
6GB Ram
Nvidia GeForce GT 540M

It looks like NEI isn't there at all.

NEI is included in the pack, and the log shows that the jar mod loaded and, farther down, NEI plugins loaded.

On what line? I just looked at it again and only saw the plugins not the mod.

Basing this on what I have in my technic files, it looks like that isn't the correct version for MC 1.2.5.
But I don't know if that's the correct version.

Well, a new update was just released, so I'll see if that works.

LOL ijust had the same issue but i remembered that you can close the nei page by pressing O on the keyboard

Thank you, that worked. I don't use modded Minecraft very often so I am not familiar with the key bindings. Thanks again!
