Windows .exe FTB Retro SSP Mods no data

Minecraft Version: 1.4.2
Java version: 7
Detailed description of the issue / how can the issue be recreated: Mods: No meta data Found. NEI not working.
Error logs: attached


I hope I'm doing this right. Havent used Pastebin before. I have started a new game and my NEI doesnt show. I deleted and reinstalled the pack and still. If I go to mods after launch all of them except Forge says No meta data found.

Is there something I'm missing or doing wrong?

NEI Interface has a Visible/hidden Toggle On/Off button. To view the NEI list of minecraft items, within your Inventory screen(Default button "E") press the "O" default key on your keyboard, that should make your NEI visible.

Also to be certain that NEI has loaded, go to your Mod List and check to see if "CodeChicken Core" and "Not Enough Items" mods show up on the list.
Mod List located in you main Minecraft menu then click "Mods" button.

Erm ya, the FML update and the mod meta data came rather late, Redpower and such don't have it.

Yeah it seems to be a fairly common question about NEI not showing up, I have to admit that NEI is kind of obscure to users that never used NEI before. So having a helpful tip would be very handy.
