Update to Omnia 1.2.0 and this is fixed

Well that was fast....

I am still experiencing this issue.

Am updated to 1.2, went to go make vile dust for some witch farms, alas.
So tried saving the save files, deleting the entire FTB Omnia file, reinstalling, and plopped my save file in there... unfortunately soul glass takes priority.
