FTB OceanBlock Crashes (Update discord Invite link its dead)

Hello im having random crashes playing FTB OceanBlock
Its kinda weird
Can play for 10 hours+ without any problems.
The next day 5 crashes within 1 hour.

Ooh and please update your discord invite link on this Site its Invalid
(read somewhere on the forum somebody might have a solution for my problem on discord but without a working discord link im unable to read it)
