Windows .exe FTB Not launching

Ok I understand you get a lot of these, but i've read at least 15 and none of them help me, so I decided to simply make a video describing the issue instead of writing it, so you can see whats happening.
Comp Specs:
Intel i7
Windows 7 64 bit
16gb Ram
gigabyte ge force 670 GTX graphics card
64 bit java 7
As you can see my computer is more then capable of running it, so its not that
i've tried downgrading java to java 6, then upgrading it again, nothing works

This error is common and known. A file minecraft needs is unable to be accessed by minecraft. This is most likely caused by your antivirus program being over zealous. Add the folder, C:\Users\Bailey\Desktop\FTB\, to the exceptions list of your antivirus program. Check any boxes that say 'include sub-folders'. I doubt this has anything to do with Java and everything to do with your antivirus program.
