Windows .jar FTB not able to connect to internet!! HELP!

My FTB Launcher cannot connect to the internet. Ive reinstalled everything(even windows, yes im crazy). I have the most recent Java and FTB launcher(1.2.2). The error log is a http://pastebin.com/SDk2crvy

Something is preventing it from contacting the servers, either;

1. Disable your antivirus temporarily
2. Let the launcher through the firewall

I did it again but it didn't work. I thought this might be a bug with my router and i tried hooking my computer up to my modem directly and it still didn't launch.
Edit: I also am trying with another computer at my friends house.
