Basically you can do whatever you want to do, but the Law of Cardamom (from the Norwegian children's book by Thorbjørn Egner) applies: One shall not bother others, one shall be nice and kind, otherwise one may do as one pleases.
Whitelist:
In general we only accept Norwegian speaking players, but both Swedish and Danish players are welcomed due to the similarity of our languages.
