FTB never loading worlds goes back to splash screen

Details of the issue:
Im playing this on my laptop the loading time alone is about 40 minutes when I have the game minimized some have mentioned this is really really long. But after it finally loads and I get to the main screen I go to singleplayer and pick a world. It hangs up at the dirt looking screen for quite some time before it takes me back to the splash screen. I have tried a few different worlds thinking maybe the first one got corrupted. I just recently downloaded ftb infinity off curse monday or tuesday so its the newest version.​
