FTB Monster rotarycraft fermenter issues

So as stated im having some issues trying to automate this machine. One fermenter is working perfectly fine with the ME system imputing dirt and sugar (importing yeast). The other fermenter im making sludge. This is where i'm having issues. I cant get the sapplings or yeast to input (using the export bus) into the fermenter (import works fine). I also tried item nodes and pipe. Any reason why this isnt working like the other. The ME sytem import and export set up exactly like the other.

I don't know anything about this one, sorry. The only thing I can think of is that the export bus is accidentally getting a redstone signal.

Note that the fermenter needs a redstone signal to switch to automatically building the other thing. This is not needed if you manually feed it but if you want to do it automatically you have to give one of the two fermenters a redstone signal.
