1: What did you mean by play with the hermits? If you meant that you wanted to play on the FTB monster server with them then the answer is no. You cannot play on the hermitcraft server. Also, that server is no longer running.
2: Your problem is on line 7 "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError". You need to allocate more RAM to FTB. Look for a tutorial on how to do that.

1:i mean i wanna do things in ftb monster that hermits like kingdaddydmac do in ftb monster series.

if you can tell me how do you know how to fix crashes by looking at crash report that will be awesome

It's ok. I just wanted to make sure that you weren't like all of the other people that want to join hermitcraft. I just look for the very first part. Yours said out of memory, so that's the problem. Oh and I suggest about 3 gb of ram.
