FTB Modpacks don't load

I just bought this new pc (I will post the specs if it's required) and installed Minecraft and the FTB-launcher on it.
But, once I open the launcher, no mods show in the modlist. It keeps showing: "Please wait while mods are being loaded...". No matter how long I wait, the mods don't load.

I already tried installing the launcher all over again, but it didn't work.
