FTB Modpacks crash on startup

Details of the issue Basically I've attempted to start 4 modpacks (FTB Lite 2; FTB Lite 3; FTB Presents SkyFactory 3; FTB Presents SkyFactory 2.5), and each fails to load to the title screen. I go through the twitch app launcher, navigate to "My Modpacks," click on play, am brought to a launcher, and after pressing the center-bottom green button "Play," the launcher loads some stuff, but eventually an error pops up describing a "Game Crash."

At my wit's end here, so I've resorted to properly creating a forum account to draw a support ticket. I've listed what I've done/tested below, may have forgotten some things:

- Read various previous threads on the issue
- Vanilla minecraft loads to title properly for all four installed packs
- Graphics card updated
- Java 8 Update 181 installed
- Forge 1.12.2 - 14.23.4.2705 installed with windows 10 installer
- Minecraft 1.13.1 installed
- Played around a little with mod versions, changing to match forge version primarily

Might be the wrong log I posted, but it's the first I saw; will try to find another tomorrow if necessary.
