Problem FTB modpack is too slow

My computer spec.
- CPU : AMD 2700X
- GPU : Radeon RX590
- RAM : Samsung DDR4 32GB

FTB modpack is too slow...
I set RAM capacity for minecraft about 20GB. However, I can solve the problem.
I think that graphic setting about RX590 is problem, because GPU fully load when minecraft run.

You are using way too much ram. 2-4gb for 1.7 packs, 6-8gb for newer packs.

You also might want to try this, as you're using ATI gpu:

Open /config/foamfix.cfg and change this line:

B:disableTextureAnimations=false
to
B:disableTextureAnimations=true
(make sure only to change the false to true, try not to change anything else - including spaces etc.)
