Windows .exe FTB Mindcrack crash

Just so you now, after that in the log it when STOPPING like it always does in a crash

I have optifine installed, but it happened before optifine so I don't think that's the problem.
I have no idea why but it crashes sporadically from 1 minute from the server join or 45 minutes sometimes. Happens on any server I join.

Any idea how I can fix it?

For some reason, it's taking a long time to try to render things (from the game's point of view.)

Now, a fix, I don't know. Try removing Optifine and seeing if that helps anyway.

Yes, Whovian's probably right (awesome username, by the way). One thing I can suggest is updating your Java, since you're using Java 6u29 and the most recent one is Java 7u17. You can update by clicking on the Java button in the Control Panel and clicking 'Update Now' under the Update tab.
