Sorry for not using the support system, but as this is a question more than a problem, I thought it'd fit better here.
Is it possible to move data from a working Direwolf20 server over to an Ultimate server? I used Direwolf20 because it had the most mods, but with the advent of Ultimate, I'd like to change. Is that possible, or should I abandon hope on that front?

Since item IDs are compatible, you can essentially just copy the world over. It should really be as simple as that.
