FTB Lite Server overloads Vserver / No connection / No crash?

Details of the issue:
Our FTB Lite Server has 36 Slots, 8 GB RAM and normally 20 TPs. If 36 players are online, we have still 20 tps, but sometimes, it doesnt depend on the count of players, we lose the connection. You cant chat, you cant use commands, nothing. We just lose the connection from the FTP, from the console and the FTB Server itself. We asked the hoster and he said the FTB Server would overload the vserver. We cant understand why te FTB Server overloads the vserver, theres no crash or something in the log! Please help. Thanks​
