Windows .exe FTB Lite 1.6.4 Adding TConstruct

I get very little framerate and the only way is using Optifine to stabilize it, though tconstruct doesn't work with it. Neither does the pack load itself if I add tinkers without optifine it crashes, but I can add like another 6 mods without it crashing due to memory.​
