FTB Launcher won't start after rolling back nVidia Drivers

Details of the issue Yesterday I encountered a problem with 378.49 nVidia drivers. I rolled back driver and rebooted my PC to solve the problem. After that I tried to start launcher, but now launcher don't even show loading window. Cleaning the registry, %Temp% folder, reinstalling launcher and java did not help. FTB Legacy keeps not respond to attempts to start it. BTW, Curse launcher and Vanilla MC launcher start and run normally.

I have the exact same issue, I have tried everything i can think of. I have even tried running it from command prompt. Please help guys.

Anything in logs? Especially in log printed to command log?
