FTB Launcher won't completely load

Details of the issue It's been awhile since I've loaded into FTB and for some reason it's throwing this weird error code. I have no idea what this error means and I cannot find it anywhere on google. [21:13:13] [ERROR] OutputOverride.write:43: From Console: [Fatal Error] :6:3: The element type "hr" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "</hr>".
