FTB launcher shortcut can't find FTB​

Details of the issue:

I just selected the "YES" option to update my FTB Launcher, and now my shortcut can no longer locate the launcher. Where did you guys install it to so I can move it to the correct hard drive?​

Searched both of my drives and the locations listed above, your executable does not exist on my system anymore. What did your updater do?

May have figured this out, on Windows 8.1 looks like Smart Screen is now catching your .EXE and causing problems.

SOLVED: For whatever reason FTB_Launcher version 1.4.10 is getting caught by Smart Screen, preventing DL and even execution; I bypassed Smart Screen and everything is working now. Just strange because I've never had this issue before with *any* software...
