Windows .exe FTB launcher RAM maximum

My launcher is only allowing me to have 1GB RAM maximum even though i have 16GB in total and this 'error' isn't allowing me to play due to it cutting the FPS to around 5

Please help me with this as i want to continue playing

You have 32 bit Java. If your OS is 64 bit, uninstall the 32 and install 64

Thank you very much I had been uninstalling some files to clear up my PC and probably accidently uninstalled it
