FTB Launcher not downloading Mod Packs

My FTB Launcher (Latest version) .exe is not working, and is refusing to download any mod packs.

The message I have is: Please wait while mods are being loaded...

This is the log I have in my launcher:

Please follow the recommended setup guide to install the launcher. Then after following the guide if you are still experiencing problems please post your console log to pastebin.com, rather than posting it here. Click on the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button on the console. This will create a link, pastebin.com/xxxx, at the bottom of the console that you provide to us so we can see your log. Look here to ensure your log is not deleted.
