FTB launcher error downloading modpack and debug retaining modpack

Hi, I have this problem when I try to download a modpack, any modpack, when it is nearing the end, it will show error downloading modpack and it will fail to download the modpack. Then, for one of my already downloaded modpacks, whenever I try to start it up, it will display on the console dirk m's debug retaining modpack. I have been having this problem since last year December and still cannot get it to work please help!

Your pastebin has been removed. Please post it again. You might also want to create an account with pastebin so your logs are not deleted. The download and install process is known to take some time. With the one that has been downloaded let it install itself this will probably take some time to finish installing. As for the download error check your antivirus program to ensure it is not stopping/blocking the download.
