Windows .exe FTB Launcher doesn't work !!! HELP

Hello guys,

I installed FTB launcher and it does not load News, Mods, Texture packs and and and...
I can't do anything with that launcher.

I searched for help in Google but didn't get any help.

Reinstalled Java, deactivate Firewall ( Norton ), Reinstalled the FTB-Launcher.... nothing helped ..

The Console always answers with :

Permission denied: connect: java.net.SocketException: Permission denied: connect

Pls help .... :/

We prefer pastebin.com for logs to make them easier to read and more likely to be a log and not something else. Please follow this guide to install the launcher the recommended way. Please follow the guide again even if you have already followed it once before. After that if you are still experiencing problems post a full console log in debug mode to pastebin.com and link to it here. For more info about the logs look here.

Sometimes, Norton (and those other pesky ones) need to be uninstalled to actually get turned off.
