Windows .exe FTB Launcher/Direwolf20 v1.0.13 Issues

Description of the problem: So.. basically what has happened is that FTB put out a v1.0.13 for the DW20 pack. Being a fool, I went ahead and updated. Which in turn, leads me to start talking about my problem. First thing I got was a vanilla copy of Minecraft, and when I tried to revert back to v1.0.12, it gave me the same thing. I have went through the troubleshooting guide, and now FTB is entirely broken. My mod list won't even load, along with anything else located in the launcher, except for the news. Is anybody having the same problem? This is a huge inconvenience, and I can't play FTB at all. Help would be greatly appreciated. I've also been able to use the pack and launcher just fine until I updated. (I hope this is in the right place as well, sorry if its not)

Ok, for some reason the mod pack list will load now. Now I have a new problem. The FTB launcher will download the mod pack, will not run the mod pack, and then shut off. This happens to me for every single mod pack, nothing on FTB works.

This stinks, don't you hate it how anything can go from working like a charm, to being absolutely destroyed the next?

I fixed it! What I did was I went into my "Computer" files, searched "FTB," and deleted everything that I knew was related to FTB. For some reason deleting the items mentioned in the troubleshooting guide didn't work, but this did. Lock thread please?
