FTB Launcher Crashing

Details of the issue FTB Launcher will not load, when opened getting the windows circle for a second or two then nothing happens. Paste bin link to my dxdiag. I have uninstalled Java and rolled back Nivida drivers to 376.33

Had to force Java to use the graphics card in the Nvidia control panel, but it did work and the issues has been resolved.
